I had put on front tires March 2, On May 31, I took one of those tires in to have looked at for possible warranty issuesI had a flat and had it changed previouslyThe owner came out to my vehicle, looked at the tire in question as well as the one still on my carHe told me I had a severe alignment problem and that my tires are doneI asked how that could be since less than months previous he put them onHe said they couldn't have been alignedI ask him why they would have been installed without having them alignedHe said I wasn't charged for that service and they ONLY use that service if the customer ask for the alignment
I challenge that business decision since some people don't know enough to have that doneOr believe balancing and alignment are one in the same service
