On 12/15 they came by and provided an estimate to remove a tree from our yard that had fallen on our roof. We needed it removed ASAP. They gave an estimate and said they would be there at 7 a.m. the next day. They never called, never showed up and wouldn't answer their phone. I lost a day because I have to wait for someone else to come out.
Very negative experience.
