Mighty House Construction

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
It appears to me that A Mighty House continues to deny responsibility for what was a really shoddy job.  I have attached e-mails exchanged at the time and a letter written at the time. They undercut what Laura E[redacted] and A Mighty House now say.  For example,
1. They avoid the question of whether they were on site. They were not. Their sub was, and they had not bothered to instruct him what to do.  Thus, the job was not done correctly.  Instead of owning this and fixing it, they do the reverse.  Buyer beware!
2. They try to minimize the damage to the sink, which they also incorrectly installed. it leaked.
3. they damaged my washing machine. Please reference the attached e-mails. They had to come out and fix it. Again, Laura E[redacted] and A Mighty House do not take responsibility for what they did. Shame on them.
4. They change their story about the towel.  See attached emails.  Why don't they just tell the truth?
5. The back door was left unlocked. See attached e-mails. they tell a different story now. And I don't blame them. who would let them work on their house if they leave it unsecure. Shame, shame. Bad workers.
6. They tried to commit fraud by offering to pay my deductible but instead sent me a contract that would have me waive my warranty rights for a pittance.  You can look at the attached e-mails and judge for yourself who did what. 
How can this ever be resolved as long as they didn't do the job as agreed, refuse to accept responsibility, change their story, and otherwise act in an uprofessional matter.  Even to this date they have made no attempt to make this all right.  Sincerely,[redacted]
