This company is taking people's money and not sending the product we paid for.

I finalized an ordered and payed ($29.76 after shipping) for the product on this website May 8th. I recieved an email May 16th saying the shipment was on its way and had an order number #*** with the email. After a couple of weeks went by I decided to check on my order that had not yet come. When I tried imputing the order number into the tracking website that *** links me to to track packages, my order was not found. I contacted the company via email June 24th.

I received a response on June 27th: "Hello, your package has been sent, but due to the impact of the US epidemic and riots, the speed of logistics will slow down. We especially understand your mood, but we need to understand each other. If it is not this epidemic, I believe you have received the package, please understand us, thank you. During the epidemic, reduce going out, remember to wear a mask when going out, please pay attention to safety when going out. The unrest in the United States is now more serious."

The company gave me no further information regarding my actual order, how to track my package, or how I could recieve any kind of refund or replacement for my undelivered order. I followed up with another email July 14th requesting a refund but I have not received any kind of response from the company.

As of today, July 18, 2020, I still have not recieved my order.
