Poor quality product. The colour washed out, and they are a matted mess. Nothing helps the health of this hair. The owner has poor communication. I first contacted Claudine through email on September 7th to inquire about a special order colour of extensions. She was very quick to reply and very friendly. By the 7th, she confirmed my order, by the 9th, she said she'd have them sent out "by the end of the week." At the end of the next week, the 14th of September, I asked for a tracking number. It was then that she said she couldn't start the order until I paid. I was confused as to why they weren't started earlier, and that she didn't tell me she required payment first. I sent a payment through [redacted] on September 14th. I finally got tracking info on the 26th of September, and they arrived October 5th. Almost an entire month later.
