I am rejecting this response because:
He did not leave voicemails, I don’t even have a voicemail box or answering machineI have looked through my caller id and he has not calledHe did come back twice, but he wasn’t following through from the startWhen I called about it, the secretary was very rudeThere is still an issue, but I have been actively treating it myself since he was delaying the processI do not want him back out, I just want a refund, I am willing to take half of what I paid

This is Earthsmart Pest Control LLC. The ordeal at the *** *** , tech was spraying, the cook was standing at bar smoking, he ran the sprayer wand up her leg like he was spraying her leg, the girl turned around with a smile on face and said what was that, she knew cause tech was
standing behind her. Tech said you know you liked it, went on spraying rest of restaurant, asked cook to make him tacos then left. She called office and complained, tried to call and apologize, wouldn't take call

We have done an initial and two followup visits and left voicemails indicating everyone has to leave the home and everything needs to be stripped off the bed. I called again, September 26th, and explained I never received a call back.

We were out Dec 2, Dec 18, Dec 30, Jan 10, Jan 20. We tell them it is a minimum of 4 treatments and never guarantee it will be gone. There was a roommate living with her and roommate is the one that brought the bedbugs. As we are spraying, the roommate kept re-infesting it. We did not offer her all...

her money back because we did do the service, however we did offer to refund her last treatment of $120.25. She was not happy with this. Unfortunately if the roommate keeps re-infesting the place, she will never get rid of them.
