Midwest Tuckpointing Pros

On March 2019, I received a company recommendation through *** for tuck-pointing to solve the ceiling leak when it rains (this is for first floor ceiling the bedroom) in my building at ***. Midwest Tuck pointing gave a me a quote of $1500 to fix the issue. The quote came on 3/25/2019 and I agreed. On April 5th they started the job and finished the job. On April 18th after the rain, I called Jamie who was my contact for the work, and told him that it still leaking, Jamie said that more work needs to be done and will cost another $1000 which I paid and they finished the job(so called!). On April 30th another rain came and start leaking again and after that I reached out several time and he said that it is not related to the work he has done. since May 5th, I can not reach him and he doesn't respond. I called *** and asked them for help, and they said this company has dropped from their membership in April!!!
Please help. I have all the text messages and the checks that has been cashed without solving the leaking problem.
