I am rejecting this response because:This issue remains...

unresolved. I am not sure what they mean by the issue has been "resolved." Clearly, Midwest Spa defines "resolved" different than most people. In this case, I define "resolved" as having the spa working correctly. That clearly is not the case as the spa is still inoperable. After trying to get this spa repaired since last spring, I finally had to resort to filing this complaint on or about November 1st. The next day they came out and took the motor out of the spa. I did receive a call from the technician on November 22nd stating that they really couldn't find out what was wrong with the motor. So he cleaned the "terminals" and hopes that will take care of it. He stated that he would bring the motor over and re-install it the next day (November 23rd). To no surprise, that did not happen. As has been  the case multiple times over the last 7 or so months, he was a no show. I called him on November 26th and he stated that he didn't make it. But he will be there tomorrow (November 27th). Once again, we had a no show. So it is Tuesday evening November 29th and the motor has still not been installed as they have failed to show up as promised twice since November 22nd. The spa is remains inoperable just as it has since last Spring. So regardless what the company response said, the issue certainly has not been resolved.

We have been dealing with this situation with [redacted].  We have been in contact with [redacted], our manufacturer on this to try to figure it out.  I believe this complaint has been resolved as of last week.
