dissolved.1, [redacted], an acquaintance with Midwest Muscle Car Restorations, had asked[redacted] to give a call on a car I was interested in, a 1993 Calypso Green Ford Mustangconvertible that I found on Craigslist, since he has expertise in cars. The ad on CraigsIist, stated car had professionally repainted and body is in goodcondition. [redacted], then contacted me to inform me sounded like a good car. So I went withmy mend [redacted] on Saturday, July 16, 2016, cash in hand. We test drove the car andfOWld that the air conditioner did not work, turn signal indicators, drivers seat broken, andrust underneath and the paint was not in good condition, as well as the tires were dryrotte~ with rubber in the wheel wells.I decided I was not interested in this car and told "[redacted]" that I would have to put toomuch money into the car. As we left [redacted] accused us of breaking the seat. That was notthe case.Again, Midwest Muscle Car Restorations had no interest in this matter. I was theindividual acquiring about his car. [redacted] has my number and has not contacted me, theinterested buyer.[redacted]
