I was given an estimate for some work to be done on a vehicleThis included labor hours and totaled about $15,When the work was completed I asked for the final charges and paid by phoneUpon going to pick up the vehicle I was told there would be another $in sales tax that he had forgotten to charge me for and an additional $6,in labor hours over the estimate that he says he also for got to charge me forNow he is holding my vehicle until this amount is paid
