Franklin Equipment delivered a properly functioning New Holland Roll belt baler to *** *** on 9/10/Mr*** then stopped payment on his down payment check of $2,without notifying Franklin EquipmentUpon further inquiry, Franklin Equipment found out that he was having issues
with his machine, and we went to his residence twice to resolve the issuesThe baler functioned properly each time our service department left his residenceWe told Mr*** that we would gladly fix his baler again if he would pay his down payment that he owesMr*** has yet to payFranklin Equipment will still resolve whatever issues that Mr*** is having as soon as the down payment is paid in full
