Inconsistent pricing and poor finished product quality.
Beginning in 8/09/2018 the first of eventually four shower/tub fixtures was resurfaced by the owners Ed and Tony Vaughn. It was explained by Ed that touch up would be preformed if requested at no additional expense if necessary. Touch up was requested and completed so they were contracted to continue to three additional fixtures on two of which were preformed 6/11/19. Each of which also required touch up for runs and drips. The owners seem to have different excuses each time as to why runs happened including blame of the manufacturer of the coating. If this is your profession shouldn't you know your product or at least be able to fix it so the end result is satisfactory? On working on the fourth and final fixture, 7/12/2019, the price was un proportionally inflated. Of the four fixtures the fourth was the third smallest but estimated to be the most expensive to do. The price was reluctantly reduced when questioned. When they were once again notified that touch up was required not only for the final fixture but also to resolve some drips on our new counter top and on the toilet Ed assured me that he and Tony would get back to us as soon as a date could be established. After 3 additional attempt to contact Ed and also 3 attempts to contact Tony with pictures of the sloppiness of drips and runs there has been no attempt to schedule a resolution. It is now 8/10/2019. Attempts to contact them were 7/19,7/24,7/26 and 8/2. Messages were left each time to both owners and picture were sent to Tony.
