Midway Towing

In July of I have had my Ford Bronco towed by MidwayMy most recent experience was 7/26/when I called again for a tow and the driver came to pick up as usual The car was towed to the wrong location by the driver and Midway is unwilling to work with me to get it towed to the correct location without charging me again They stated we signed for the tow and you cannot read the drivers information to see that there is any mistake We spoke directly with the driver who stated he would tow to [redacted] and we felt comfortable with that since he had towed to this location before I asked Midway to work with me to get it to the correct location and they were unfriendly and unwilling to help the customer Product_Or_Service: Towing

Needed late husband's motorcycle towed to ***Arrogant driver called to announce his pending arrival then hung up before confirming he had right personUpon arrival he called then hung up while being instruI asked who was ownercted to go to garage door not front door because of dogIdiot went to front door which set the dog offDog got yelled at All because he didn't listen to the words "GO TO GARAGE" said before rudely hanging upSo I said something about his hanging up while showing ID as I was told by insurance cowho dispatched them He said he didn't need it & that they were very busyHe then told me, a senior physically disabled widow & a repairman there being paid to fix something else that WE had to move it from garage across streetI told him I wasn't able & the repairman quit what he was being paid to do to help this it driverWhile I was on phone with dealership driver asked me a questionI didn't respond because I was on the phone stillSo he got mad and drove off leaving the motorcycle in the street

This company told me they would be able to move my car in a few hoursWe waited almost hours never received a call that our vehicle was being towedWhen we called themThey said they couldn't confirm wether or not our vehicle had been towedAfter further talk they said they hadn't moved it and wouldn't "wake up" their driver and tow our car right now (it's currently am) and this company says they are hour serviceAlso, when speaking to the person about the issue she said if you don't like it call someone elseThis business does not have good customers service or time management to service there customers

Most horrible customer serviceDo not use themMy insurance company called for a tow at 817amWe received a text that said they would be here within minAt 944am after sitting outside in degree weather we called to see what was going onThe girl on the phone who refused to give her name said that she didn't have our exact location, which she didWhen I asked why we were not notified to ask where she said she didn't handle the call and now her guy was busy and she would just call our insurance company to have them send someone else out and hung up on usMy insurance company has now taken them out of network and sent another company out who has already called and let us know when to expect themThis midway towing company is a joke!!!

This company is a joke Their driver was minutes away from towing my vehicle accidentally I was at the YMCA with my daughter to come out to my vehicle hooked to a tow truck about to be towed away Driver never verified the full VIN Only the first few digits Anyone in this line of work would know the first several digits of any VIN will match numerous vehicles due to the reasoning behind the VIN Had I been a few minutes later my vehicle would have been gone and I would have been left stranded with my young daughter When calling the tow company today to discuss I was told the driver would be written up and retrained A very non apologetic sorry was given Owner was rude and said there was nothing more she could do

Waited in degree weather for what was to be an hour for the tow serviceCalled after and hour 1/the front desk person said they didnt get any information until just a few minures before I calledI advised her that my insurance adjuster called and was told an hour and also gave the location and the GPSThe receptionist then said well call you insurance back and get them to send someone elseWe aren't coming and hung up on me
