Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: No way was the room worth $a night I think it is daylight robbery and something needs to be done so it cannot happen again Are these hotels not regulated? Surely hotels should not be able to do this, get you to sign so you cannot get a refund.Sincerely, [redacted]

paperwork to at check-in. We normally donot give a refund once the paperwork is signed since we lose rack rate revenue on the Premium roomthe guest stayed in. Our front desk clerk did offer the guest a refund after raising the 1 night to the rackrate of $120.00 +tax and refunded the guest $332.10 even though the guest did sign the no refundpaperwork attached'.
