Review: I ordered a Casio watch listed in their product line on 2/**/2015. After about a week and a half, I received no shipping information on my order # [redacted]. So I contacted them on their contact us link. I still haven't had a response to that. This week I called and left a message asking them for an update on my order. I still haven't had a call back from that message after two days. So far I don't see a charge on my credit card. But now that they have my information, and are avoiding me, I fear my identity may have been compromised.Desired Settlement: I just want my watch. If the business is bogus, I need to know so I can contact the credit bureaus.

Review: On Tuesday 11/*/2013 I ordered a replacement microphone with 2nd day air as to be sure to receive before Friday 11/*. I have a DJ business and this was a critical part of my show. Needless to say it hasn't arrived and there is no answer or correspondence from phone messages or emails sent to customer service.Desired Settlement: If I don't receive the product on Monday 11/**/2013 I want a full refund that business day no exceptions, that way I can reorder from a trusted source.

Review: I have bought an item from this website over 3 weeks ago. I have contacted this company many times via phon (v-mal) and e-mail to get information regarding when it will be shipped. After researching this company I have zero confidence that I will EVER receive the item. The company received the money, however I don't have the product(s). I have looked up reviews for this website and many, many people have been scammed and haven't recieved anything they ordered. Not even in over a month. Every time I follow-up, I provide the confirmation number, but I don't recieve specific feedback about my shipment. I have called their customer service many, many times and no one is ever available to answer (I have left v-mails also).. I have sent them e-mails as well. Many people say on reviews about problems with this specific vendor/websites. I canceled the credit card that I used for this transaction (AFTER they took the money).Desired Settlement: Requires explanation because I want either a refund HOWEVER, I canceled the credit card since I realized this organization is questionable and I didn't want them to have my credit card info.

So, a cash refund, cashiers check, or other reasonable refund.

OR

I want the items that I ordered immediately with specific carrier and tracking information, I want the items in my hands or a full refund (either way, I want this resolved immediately, and professionally).
