This matter was resolved with the customer by refunding his deposit.  I had a heart attack on February **, 2014 and had limited ability to deal with this issue.  Once he got his lawyer involved all communication was sent through the attorney.  All money was refunded.

Review: The company was supposed to install a gas fireplace insert in my house, but failed to do it. My multiple phone calls, a letter, an e-mail did not have effect. Job is still not done. [redacted] (the person, who came to my house, signed a contract with me, took $2500 deposit} is not calling me back. Al I want is to get my deposit back. I found this contractor on the web through [redacted]Desired Settlement: My deposit of $2500.00 must be returned to me as soon as possible. The contract must be cancelled.
