Non delivery of services with required prepay amout of $2700 to order product for installationpaid $2700 to order 10 new windows to be installed upon product arrival. windows were said to have arrived but due to some staffing issues was behind on other installs so would be delayed two weeks. now will not return phone calls, no product, no return of money, and it's been 4 months. contractor said to have used money for personal issues and not purchase of product for my installation. contract was for $4500 worth of product and installDesired Settlementprepaid monies only in the amount of $2700
