I lived in the rental apartment of this company. And when I moved out, I need to pay the damage made by my pets, which is in total of USD 795. Both party agreed. And the company charged the card TWICE for amount of 795 for each transaction. When I found out, I reached the owner, [redacted]. She said she will credit back the money, and the money would go back to the bank account in 5 to 7 business days. Now 13 days have passed and I still didn't see the money coming back. When I tried to reach her via phone or email, there's no response. Now the phone number could not even take voice message any more.
