I have been in foreclosure for the past 8 years, and for 6 2/3 years did it pro se, because I've had to fire numerous attorneys, because they either didn't show up (One guy in Naples, actually quit the day before trial,) or were otherwise incompetent. I hired Wayne K 16 months ago, and have never had to attend another hearing. He constantly keeps me in the loop with either links to motions he has filed or responded to, or telephone calls he makes to me. He properly preserves points of law, which will be good for appeal, as well as attends all the hearings, even when ill at times, driving all the way from Ft Lauderdale to Ft Myers. He normally returns phone calls on the same day they are made, and when he doesn't, it is because he is in trial. You couldn't hope for a better attorney. Hire him, and you will sleep better at night!

This is the worst law firm and worst attorney ever!!! I went to Mr [redacted] for help with a foreclosure action, at our first meeting Mr [redacted] seemed very nice, he knew exactly what needed to get done, he explained that we needed to avoid a judgment at all cost...and that his goal was to get me out of the foreclosure/judgment hearing and get an extension to get to mediation and be able to settle with the bank. I told Mr [redacted] I had a buyer ( all cash ) and that I have been trying to do a short sale but getting the bank to cooperate was very difficult. He assured me we would be able to get it done...he asked for a flat fee of $3000. I paid the full amount and then NOTHING HAPPENED.

Judgment was entered against me, I did not find out about it until 15 days later, no communication, total lack of urgency, total lack of consideration from his law firm. I had always heard of bad lawyers but this man is the worst!!!!
