My child was referred to this practice to have oral surgery under the pretense that my insurance was acceptedA preliminary test was performed prior to surgerySurgery was supposed to be scheduled for JanuaryOffice rep called saying that Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) had not approved surgeryI kept following up with this office and kept getting excuses like: the insurance responsibilities were being handled by different people, and BCBS wouldn't release an actual "account number"I called BCBS who informed me that the office never fully completed application for surgery and that the said office was not covered by my insuranceI called the office and they admitted that they were not covered by BCBS which was never admitted to me during the initial visitNow I am stuck with the bill of the special xray this surgeon was going to use in my child's surger
