Carl Thompson, one of Midlands Hondas service advisors took fantastic care of me today. I had a small issue with my key remote for my 2020 Accord and he had it all fixed and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Its all about service and this dealership always provides great service!

Midlands Honda is a farce of an automobile dealership The salesman I dealt with was unprofessional and lied to me about the quote he'd provided once I tried to get confirmation of the figure They also aren't fond of returning telephone calls My overall impression is that they do not care about customers, only trying to get your hard-earned money Check their online reviews -- they are POOR

I recently purchased a 2015 Hyundai Veloster from this business. [redacted] was my salesperson and [redacted] was the finance manager. I must say I ended up with a great car "thankfully" but I would never buy from or recommend this dealership to anyone. [redacted]a told me it would be $150.00 to deliver the car, it ended up being $299.00. The car was supposed to be detailed and the gas tank full. I received the car almost empty. [redacted]a assured me she had the owners manual in the car ready to go. It took me several attempts to finally receive my manual. It came from New Mexico via Florida and finally to NC. Funny since she supposedly had all along. [redacted] was arrogant from the get go when he found out I wasn't going to finance the car. He was rude and wouldn't return emails or phone calls regarding information I needed concerning the title. Buyer beware especially with [redacted]a and [redacted].
