I hired Midkiff Tree Service in agreement to cut down a tree, remove stump, and clean up take away tree branches and stump wood chips for $***He cut down the tree on Friday ***After cutting down the tree he said I could pay him $*** now and the remaining $*** after he came back to remove stump and wood chips on Monday ***I asked if I could just make the one time payment now for $*** in agreement that he comes back on Monday to finish the jobHe agreed and accepted my full payment of $***He never came back on the agreed date, and since then I've called him once a week for weeks receiving a different excuse and being told he will be here in a couple of days each time of which he never called or cameIt has now been weeks
