Overall UNSATISFACTORY performance all around What cleaning that was accomplished was at the surface level All hardwood floors were merely dusted with no manner of proper cleaning All other surfaces were simply "feather" dusted Planned cleaning for at least hours actually was completed in less than one hour Call to management non productive Manager said I had waited too long to make complaint (not withstanding that client was hospitalized 10/- 11/02) Declined to effect any consideration for any full or partial refund Told owner was "busy cleaning" and had no time to chat with me They did void the one year contract I absolutely DO NOT recommend The Cleaning Authority to any homeowner
