serving respectful paying customers without looking to their color, ethnicity and religion.When it comes to answer her main complaint, she needs to address her concerns to coupon book company who she paid to buy that coupon book because on that coupons you can just mention so much about the restrictions. But I have right to refuse her request in couple of ways first of she can't use 2 coupons in 1 visit, second of she wanted to use her coupons on free kids meal without kids being present. Basically she had no right to use that coupons to begin with since kids were not present. As I said before there is so much to put on the coupons as restriction wise but space is limited. We are honoring an kinds of coupons on regular basis, this is the first time I am witnessing such of request. I don't know this response would be good enough for that person who made this complaint but I am not running my business to give for free.I give Revdex.com permission to publish this on their website if they wish and I am refusing to answer ongoing complaints by this person.
