Middle Village Construction performed a variety of work in the front of my home which included concrete, brick and pavers In Spring 2018, I noticed that the mortar between the blue stone on the front steps, particularly the landing, was separating The mortar used on the landing cracked and there are gaps between the various pieces of blue stone The mortar needs to be replaced, I initially called Middle Village Construction on June **, to report the problem Subsequent calls were made on July ***, July ***, August *** and August *** I was told someone would stop by and take a look at the problem During a follcall, I was told that someone stopped by and the repair would be made That was over a month ago, and the repair has not been made
As time goes by, the problem is getting worse
I cannot get anyone else to fix the problem Everyone tells me to call the contractor who did the work.,

Had new stairs put in leading to backyard. One year later the top step became loose. Called to have them look at the steps all summer. Kept getting blown off by whoever answers their phone. Tried to schedule again this summer and was treated the same. Was actually told to get someone else to do the repair. I guess Anthony and Middle Village Construction don't stand behind their (shoddy) workmanship. Customer service and loyalty are non existent.
