I chose Middle Tennessee Fence to replace an existing privacy fence around the patio of my townhouse This was a small job by any estimateI paid a deposit equal to 50% of the cost of the job and was told it would be about 2-weeks before work beganIt ended up being significantly longer When the fence was finally installed, I noticed that several of the top boards were already warping and one of the boards was heavily damaged with a large gash in the side of it I reported this immediatelyThey did fix the damaged board, but never returned to fix the other warped boards I sent several emails with pictures of the boards requesting that they be repairedHowever, there was no response It is important to note that once the installation was completed, I was never contacted by the owner or manager to see if I was happy with the workSeveral months went by and I received an email from an employee at Middle Tennessee Fence on 10/09/stating that I had an outstanding balance I had not previously received an invoice, although he reported that I was sent one in July I advised that I would pay the bill once they fixed the warped boards He advised on 10/09/that he would send someone out that week to fix the boardsIt is now 10/29/and nothing has been done I went ahead and paid the balance that I owed, even though I was not happy with the work Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business to others

Initially happy with fast, quality install until problems arose with wood and gatesNo folluntil months laterSo called "installation guarantee" is worthless as the paper they hand youNothing but trouble since problems arose after installThe reason we went with [redacted] was because of neighbors experience with them but beware work must be sub-contracted out, the person who did our fence was [redacted] with Middle Tennessee FenceTerrible experience
