I wish to note, however, that I believe representatives of any company which ships large and/or bulky items should anticipate that a single label might prove insufficient to return two quite large and separate cartons without incurring additional cost on the part of the customer.Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear *** *** ***,Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention and as a legitimate company we put a high value to our customers wherein we build high satisfaction ratings from our products and service across the globe.With regard to this alarming concern, we
conducted an internal investigation and we were able to determine the root cause of it:There was a miscommunication between the customer and our representative;aCustomer service representative provided return label good for the two boxes, wherein if there’s two boxes it needs to be packed as 1.bCustomer thought that she needs another return label for the 2nd box.This should have been prevented if this was fully explained to the customer and get her feedback regarding the resolution right away.Meanwhile, as we were able to determine the root cause of the said concern, we were able to send an email response to the customer indicating;- We generated two (2) electronic prepaid labels through *** to accommodate the return for both the Sterilite 1791-C received (13lbs each).- Additionally, we will immediately refund the full cost including shipping of the original order made for two (2) of the Sterilite Countertop Drawers, without waiting for the package receipt.- Credits has been provided to the customer already.As part of our Goal, we aim to get a very satisfactory feedback from our customers and maintain our Satisfaction Ratings.For any clarification please feel free to contact us and we’ll be more than happy to assist your further

Review: MidAtlantic Merchant sent the wrong merchandise but sent a return ([redacted]) label which was insufficient to return the items without incurring additional cost on my part: label assumes the two cartons would be combined into one other box - which I would have to pay for; alternately, I would have to pay for the second box to be shipped separately at even higher cost to me. MidAtlantic Merchant offered only to discount the item I had received due to their error, rather than offer any further consideration. They have deflected in regard to commenting on the state of the originally ordered, correct merchandise - which I have never received.Desired Settlement: MidAtlantic should provide sufficient return consideration for me to not have to pay any additional money in dealing with their error. Further, the correct merchandise should either come to me, complete, in a timely manner, and in excellent condition. If that seems unrealistic and unlikely, then the order needs to be cancelled entirely and a full refund plus return costs provided. Please be advised I have already notified my credit card company to initiate dispute on this charge
