I took my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in to get a transmission flush and brought nine quarts of my preferred fluid with me. Upon dropping it off I told the manager that the capacity was 8.8 courts in that I was leaving him with 9 and he understood. These are the most expensive automatic transmission fluid products on the market at $15 per quart. I left my vehicle there and 6 hours later returned to pick it up and I was told did it was my lucky day because only 4 quarts of oil came out of the pan. I told him that they were supposed to flush the transmission meaning to pull out all the old fluid and replace it with the new fluids. He offered me to bring it in the following Saturday to perform the same service yet again taking 4 more courts of my high-end ATF fluid and putting it into a dirty system with dirty oil. After belittling me insulting my intelligence he collected $306 for the bill and that was the end of our transaction together. I paid over $500 to have 4 quarts of $15 a quart transmission fluid put in with 5 quarts of transmission fluid it had over 70,000 miles on it and all I was offered to make this right was to bring it back in so we could put four more quarts in. This business clearly does not know what a transmission flush is. Originally when talking with him about performing this service weeks prior I was clear about the fact that we were doing a full flush accessing both torque converter fluid and transmission pan I asked him specifically you have the machine to do that he said yes.
We refunded the customer on 2/22/2020 and on 2/24/2020 we supplied him with replacement parts to cover the parts he supplied us 4 quarts of fluid and a new filter and pan kit. We offered to flush the system for FREE and the customer declined so we agreed to refund him the full amount.

I am rejecting this response because after picking my Jeep up from the dealership tonight, I was informed by the technician that my pan did not look to have been dropped at all. The picture I have shows a filthy magnet in the pan. This magnet collects metal shavings in the fluid and is cleaned whenever there is a service as it fails to collect after it has a build up on it. I want business held accountable on top of my refund. I will be filing a civil lawsuit as soon as possible.
