. I brought in a full set of spark plugs, ignition coils and oil filter housing gasket to tune up my car and stop an oil leak as well as an alignment for my ***. they said it will take them 3 hours to complete everything. 9 hours later I get a call back that they broke a bunch of hose and clamps that have nothing to do with what they were supposed to do and could not provide me with a rental car which it says on their website that they provide a rental car so I can take my mom out for their birthday and go to work the next day.so I was out of luck on both of those. next morning I get a call back from them saying that they broke more items in the vehicle and would have to get the parts from the dealership on monday. so I was out on vehicle for that whole weekend without any compensation and did a *** job! they told me they will do something to be able to drive the vehicle... yet they still required for me to pay while a bunch of items on my vehicle is broken and did not do an alignment. ive been fighting with them for a little over a year now, and when I called the head office, they told me that I should get an *** dealership to look over the damages and get it fixed by them. I got it done by an *** dealership and spent almost 2 grand. so I went back they were telling something completely different even though it clearly shows in the documents that the midas location broke such and such!***, I am getting all my money back from them and more!
