I rejected the response of my claim because brakes should last more than monthsI think it is unreasonable to expect a customer to continually go back for new brakes every months and be required to pay for the laborYes my brakes IThe brakes in the rear of the car are squeaking now tooI wouldn’t take my car back to them everI feel taken advantage ofThis was not an isolated defect it is business as usual

Mrs. [redacted] had the job done with us for over 90dys, she's back to us rear rotors defected we are agreed to replace them with no cost for parts. But she has to pay the labor, because labor warranty is cover for 90dys witch is already expired. I spoke with her included the other Manager [redacted]. Also she...
