After getting work done on the car, we noticed the hood would not close. This was not the case before and the employees told us it came in like that. After talking for a few minutes to try to figure out what happened, one of the employees threatened us with taking up the conversation in court. We never accused them of anything but were just looking for more information to figure out how this new issue arose. The rest of the employees came out, possibly to be more opposing but we did not appreciate being threatened or ganged up on. They were not helpful in any way and they also showed a very big lack of credibility. When I asked about the reports of when the car came in, the employee said, "We assume it was in an accident." This is not how businesses are run and assuming things leads to questions like the ones I had. The employees also said, "this is not our problem." As an entire experience, being threatened and left feeling helpless in the situation, our experience could not have gotten much worse.
