Midas Auto Service Experts-Schaumburg

Long story short, they caused damage to my car during a routine oil change then refused to admit it. Said I must have “hit a giant pot hole”. Quoted me $1700 for the work which I declined and got it fixed for $320 at another mechanic, who told me there was no doubt the damaged was caused by Midas. DO NOT GO HERE FOR EVEN SIMPLE OIL CHANGES. Their mechanics obviously have no idea what they are doing and their customer service is terrible.

Midas Schaumburg is definitely not trustworthy. They will omit information when you dispute them and the female service manager got loud and combative, not allowing me to finish stating my case. Her mind was made up before she even heard the explanation on why the oil change should be free due to a 2 for 1 offer. Extremely poor customer service at the very least. This woman did NOT belong in a manager position especially one related to customer service.
