Mr [redacted] Thank you for your Revdex.com inquiry We value all of our customers concerns and comments when something is not right in our stores When Ms [redacted] brought her [redacted] in for service she presented our coupon, clearly stating on the coupon that the offer pertains to Most Vehicles and the $oil change is for a conventional oil Chrysler requires a 5woil in their engine, unfortunately we do not carry that oil in a conventional The coupon also offers a $off discount for a premium oil, either a blended oil, high mileage or a full synthetic Still offering a great value we offered a $off discount for the correct oil that belongs in the engine The oil used was a 5wsynthetic blend, which can be used up to miles We only want to do what is best for the vehicle The coupon also offers a free courtesy inspection, it was noted that your new wipers were streaking your windshield, and based on your mileage we also offer other preventative maintenance services like fuel system cleaning, tune ups, air filters etc We sincerely apologize for your not communicating with Ms [redacted] about what the coupon totally offers and for what is best for your vehicle A $refund is not justified, however what we would like to do is pay for your next oil change to really show that Midas really cares for their customers and that we only want to do what is best for the vehicle by fully inspecting your vehicle for your knowledge If the offer is acceptable please reply and I would be more than happy to send the offer to you by mail Again thank you for your comments and time, if I can be of any further assistance you can also contact me directlyKind Regards, [redacted] Midas Auto Service CentersSan Antonio/Corpus Christi###-###-####

pertains to Most Vehicles and the $19.99 oil change is for a conventional oil. Chrysler requires a 5w20 oil in their engine, unfortunately we do not carry that oil in a conventional. The coupon also offers a $5.00 off discount for a premium oil, either a blended oil, high mileage or a full synthetic. Still offering a great value we offered a $5.00 off discount for the correct oil that belongs in the engine. The oil used was a 5w20 synthetic blend, which can be used up to 4000 miles. We only want to do what is best for the vehicle. Complaint: [redacted]I’m rejecting this response because that's not entirely correct. My wife didn't decide to go with the less expensive one as you so eloquent indicated. In fact, she specifically stated that she wanted a brand new part. The part that was installed was used without her knowledge and the price for which we were charged clearly was for a brand new one.
