time.She would not allow for the weather. She got very irrate and stared demandingwithout listing to reason.I am sending you a copy of she agreemant they signed. Now notice that on the front lower part there is a " No refunds on special orders ". All buildings are special orders. They have no refunds comeing to them.If in the future the [redacted]s would like to Reorder the carport or Building the can still use this deposit on there new order. Sorry about the mess.
