Response to concern ID# 12596289The customer wanted a vehicle with xm, however due to his personal credit and financial situation the only new Trax we could get him approved for financing on was the one he purchasedThe sales consultant was careful to demonstrate the vehicle to make certain the
customer knew that it did not have the XM optionThe sales consultant also tried to get Mr*** to take the vehicle on a test drive and he refused stating that he did not need oneNo one lied to or intentionally misled Mr***The day after the sale Mr*** contacted our finance manager stating that he could not afford the vehicle and no longer wanted itHe did not mention the lack of XM when talking to our finance manager, rather he brought it up after learning that he could not bring the car backIn the state of WV there is no "cooling off period" after the saleOur General Sales manager offered to have the XM installed aftermarket at no cost to Mr*** plus we offered to purchase a full year of service and he would not agree to that.This response is submitted without consent for the Revdex.com to edit
