As previously stated, this is a new mower and should not have to be in the shop for repairs of this nature. I did not purchase the mower from Husqvarna, I purchased from Mid-Mountain Feed and seed. That was the establishment who sold me the mower and accepted payment for the purchase. As the business who sold the mower and profited from the sale, I feel they are responsible to contact whomever they need to in order to resolve the issue of defective equipment. I will agree to wait until Aug1, then I will take this issue further if I need to
