Our APPAREL policy states that there is a day return/for all items. Our VINYL policy, has been the same since our first day of business, and it is that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on vinyl purchased. This is an industry standard that is across the board for retail vinyl
distributors. If it has been out of our store for minutes or days, we have no way of protecting the integrity of the product we sell. WE have no way of knowing if the vinyl was swapped out, and no way of knowing if it was left in a hot car (which destroys the product), so this is a policy we made across the board to product ourselves and our products. This is our policy and has never been changed. The customer has shopped with us for a long ***e, and her daughter was shown the royal color she says she needed. Her daughter refused that color Additionally, Ms*** has sent us messages, posted on our business page under old reviews (see attached) implying that she will do whatever it takes to bring down our business, and basically threatened that she would shop elsewhere and tell everyone what horrible people we are. We have never had any other customers respond in the way she has when they inquire of our vinyl return policy. They still shop from us. Our policy stands, and it applies to everyone who buys from us
