I bought a car from OK Carz in September because my vehicle was stolenWe test drive a Dodge CaliberWhen we drove it, we noticed a sputter and that it took an extremely long time for the car to accelerateFinally In November months later the transmission gave out on my way home with my three children on my birthdayIt was a nightmare! They sell bad vehicles to good peopleWish they had a rating as an option
Total Rip off and they are not for the customer will Repo your vehicle after being one day lateThey don't take any reason into considerationAnd the customer service representatives are rude and nastyAnd you could never get a manager on the phone

When we drove it, we noticed a sputter and that it took an extremely long time for the car to accelerate. Finally In November 2015 14 months later the transmission gave out on my way home with my three children on my birthday. It was a nightmare! They sell bad vehicles to good people. Wish they had a 0 rating as an option.

Paid faithfully for 2 years. Not even one time late. My husband had a heart attack and I was 28 days past due of 150 and a second payment of 150 was 15 days. They have you pay your month payment in 2. So technically I wasn't even a month and we told them wed pay Friday which is today and they said okay. Well the repo'd our car at 3 am today. Considering I'm the only one working after my husband having the heart attack and we only owe less then a years payment on it I'm going to lose my car now...
