I purchased a basketball goal for my pool at Watson's After my dad assembled it and filled the base with water, we noticed that the base was leaking somewhere We tried everything but could not find (nor stop) the leak I called the service department and explained that I did not have a truck to transport this back to Watson's to exchange for a new one The service department told me that it isn't for them to pick up pool accessories, but they totally did! To my surprise, they sent a serviceman to my house with a pickup truck He took the defective goal and brought me a brand new one in the box I appreciate the way that Watson's service went above and beyond what is customary I will continue to be a loyal customer for all of my pool needs Thank you Watson's!
