Mid Atlantic Water

I found mid Atlantic through a Google search and boy I lucked out. This guy is amazing when it comes to customer service. He is available for questions like 7 days a weeks and always has an answer for my questions. I just moved into an old home which needed a new softener, neutralizer, and well tank. I've purchased them all from mid Atlantic because I known if I ever have a question or concern about install or water quality, this guy has a complete and detailed answer. I will continue to buy from him if I need anything else. Very satisfied with the service.

Bought a new house with hard well water. Purchased a water softener and new well tank from Mid Atlantic. Overall a great experience. Good communication, good installation, good price. Would definitely recommend.

System is working great. We live on the outerbanks. The well water is typically very poor and smells like sulphur. It contains some iron and is hard. The 2 systems I purchased have taken care of our water problems. No odor, no staining, and without the need for chlorine! I just wish they provided some type of a more efficient way to load the medium into tanks. Great customer service. They actually answer their phone and text messages everyone I contacted them regardless of day and time. I've already recommended them to a neighbor who also purchased a system.

I recently puchased a 13 x 54 non-backwashing acid neutralizer from Mid Atlantic Water. Before this purchase I checked with several other suppliers and found the price of an acid neutralizer to be much higher than Mid Atlantic Water's price. I contacted the company and was given the advice I needed to purchase the correct system. I was also assured of their support throughout the entire intallation process. I do much of my own home repairs but have not done a great deal of plumbing and was not overly confident I could install this unit. Mid Atlantic Water asked me to send them pictures of where I would be installing the acid neitralizer and then sent me detailed installation directions as well as a list of all the supplies I would need to complete the job on my own. During installation I had a question that I sent via email. I received an immediate reply with the information I needed to complete the job. I had their support throughout the entire process. My unit is now installed and working. Thank you Mid Atlantic Water for making this a positive experience. I would highly recommend them for you water quality needs.

I was looking for a great product at a great price. Found it here. 1.5 up flow neutralizer. Fast ordering and arrived early as I requested. Tokk me 2 hours to install and works great. I was concerned my pressure would suffer but it stayed 45 so happy customer. Company responded to several inquiries I had very quickly. Highly recommended company. Thank you.

I ordered an iron filter and a neutralization filter and couldn't be happier. I used a service for years that came in monthly and changed out a resin tank, it was ok, but never fully removed the iron (my water runs between 8 and 12 ppm throughout the year). I have a dirt and rust filter after the system that would be orange within a few days. The iron filter with katalox works extremely well (2 months later and filter is still almost as clean as when it went it) and it regenerates without salt.

Customer service is great, they were very responsive to my emails and calls and walked me through everything I had questions on. Delivery was in the 6-8 week range, but I requested a 1" bypass valve so that may have had something to do with it. All in all, a great experience.

I had my system installed nearly 3 years ago and I have had no problems at all. Mid Atlantic Water did a great job explaining the components I would need and the price was very reasonable. Everything I was promised, they delivered on. Very happy with my system and wanted to let others know in case they were shopping around for a new system.

I cannot say enough about the great customer service of Mid Atlantic Water. Aidan was very helpful explaining my replacement system and everything I needed to set up my new acid neutralizer. My follow up calls with questions were answered immediately when I had questions about setting up the controller for backwashing.
