Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I was told that they would not cover itI said "You mean you won't even come out and check it?" He said oh yeah they would come out and check it outI ask for them to do thatI called twice, and they said they would reach the man that was coming outI called the third and fourth times and they did not even answer the phoneI left messages but no one came out or calledI NEVER said I would not pay for itI didn't think it was right because they even tried to blame the sunroom persons, but it was added on to the house in and the roof Again I never said I wouldn't pay but was never given a chance to even be given a priceI had to pay someone else to repair itThey are just not a responsible contractor and have VERY bad customer service and they LIEI have been in customer service for years and I would never treat MY customers that way Regards, [redacted] ***

This information was taken verbally over the telephone from [redacted] to Revdex.com Staff Ms [redacted] called in the spring of to tell us about the roof According to Ms [redacted] the wind had came thru and blown the shingles up connecting to her sunroom causing a leak The roof was done in which was the result of storm damageMy company offers a year craftsmanship warranty which Ms***s had expired Due to the expiration of the warranty, there would be a repair charge and Ms [redacted] did not want to pay that
