Sent in 3 knives to have some unusual work done to the knives, nothing that was their fault I just like black hardware on a black knife. These Guys and Gals bent over backwards to help me and make me a satisfied customer, their contacts on ***, *** and even the Owner Mr. M went out of his way to speak with me and take care of my needs!
