You can choose a subscription for 1, 3, or 12 months.When you cancel your subscription, it will continue to run until it expires, but it will not be renewed on the renewal date. Make sure that you cancel your recurring payments at least 3 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.A Subscription can be refunded only if you haven’t used it and it hasn’t expired. If you live in the EU, you can get a refund within 14 days.It means that:1 month subscriptions can only be refunded if you request the refund within a month after you’ve purchased the subscription, provided you haven't used it at all.3 month subscriptions can only be refunded if you request the refund within 3 months after you’ve purchased the subscription, provided you haven't used it at all.12 month subscriptions can only be refunded if you request the refund within 12 months after you’ve purchased the subscription, provided you haven't used it at all.You have subscribed to a pre-paid 12 month subscription and upon checking our records you have used the subscription.
