was sick for a couple of weeks. As a result, there was a lapse in communication. I spoke personally to Mr. [redacted] and told him the refund would be issued. He threatened to go to the Revdex.com if we didn't "hurry" up. I explained that I had to get clearance from my boss - as I'm only a manager here and not the owner. Anyway, he was refunded his money, thanked me and told me he would drop the complaint. You can imagine my surprise when I was hit with this letter. Please cancel this complaint.
