I have yet to have my computer returned to me. I have been without my computer for 7 wks. It was sent back to me once not working and was sent back. I 'm not getting any answers from hp regarding where my computer is. I call every few days and hear a different story ever time. I'm beginning to think that they have lost it. This has been going on since the end of March. They sent my computer back to me once and it was still not working. I sent it back to them again and have yet to receive it back. Everyone I speak with has a different story. My latest order # is [redacted]Desired Settlement I either want my computer back and fixed or want a new computer sent to me. I'm very upset with the service that in have recieved.
