Every offer whether in writing, email, or on television says at participating locations onlyIt seems that Mr*** perhaps failed to read the full disclosureI have explained that to him in person when he was at the shop, and now multiple times via Revdex.com actionI consider this matter closed.Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response because: my mother has informed me of the agreement made with Mr*** on 8/She has advised me that this issue should be resolved upon receipt of $from Mieneke on (or before)9/

Your mother paid for the majority of the repair using a credit card over the phone. She has disputed the use of the card saying it was unauthorized use. Therefor since the amount that was charged and is now disputed is in excess of your request for settlement I am considering this dispute resolved...
and closed.[redacted]
I previously responded to this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: Wells Fargo informed my mother the charged of $317.15 is considered a third party authorized charge as the result of your employee, Travis stated My mother authorized the purchase. Therefore, I do not acceptthis matter as closed considering 1) I am entitled to reimbursement for the cost of the battery 2) A remanufactured alternator was placed in my vehicle without my knowledge or consent & I was overcharged for the remanufactured alternator. Again, a fair & acceptable resolution is $200 considering the totalcost was $417.15. Your business would still be paid $217.15.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:Failure to adequately explain why they will not honor their advertised offers. Claiming that offers on their shop specific website are not applicable is absurd. Bait and switch, false...
advertising is illegal in Texas.
