Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:we are now paying to have this job redone by a competent contractorWe were told that the dark spots on walkway would no longer be seenAs you can see from the attached photos they are still visibleI have photo's of the garage which show spots that I have been told were caused by the sprayer not being cleaned well before applying the (what was supposed to be ) clear sealer.The color he recommended for the driveway was a gray.He was supposed to apply a sample before work was startedHe did not .He did not come when the job was being doneThe technician told me the gray color was turning purple and he would add some new color to it, which after calling to talk to his boss, he evidently did not do, because the color remained purple Regards, [redacted]
