Michigan Garden and Snow Removal

Paid $800 for 2020 lawn service, mulch and clean up and still no response with repayment due to lack of doing the work quoted and paid for in January.

I hired Richard to clear the gutters on my house 4 months ago. To this day, the job has not been done, nor has any indication when the job will be done been offered. When I check in with the company via phone or text, there is usually a vague promise that they will get on it in the upcoming week.

This has never happened.

This was a pre-paid service, so at this point it probably can be viewed as Fraud.

I hired Richard to remove my snow for the season. He told me $200 paid in advance. He removed snow three times and then just stopped. I want a partial refund. He just abandoned me.
