So I called back. I was told the item was out of stock, that I would get a store credit. I asked about refund. No refund...store credit. I will not purchase from y'all again. It irks me to be required to look at your catalogue so I can get my money's worth . So you got me.
I will NEVER do business with Michigan Bulb again! Plants are nothing but junk, takes forever to get it and if you try to find out what is going on, they just give you the run around. Their customer service number rings into India and they basically don't do anything but listen to you and then do nothing! If you call with a complaint, they barely speak English and say they will handle it, then do nothing. I called several times, same result each time. I emailed customer support, they ignored me. BUT guess what, once they have your email address, they won't let you opt out of their nonstop 4 times a day spamming practices. Guess I'll have to file a complaint with BBB and see if they can get their attention! What a scam business! Just save yourself agony and don't do business with them in the first place!
I placed an order with Michigan Bulb, and never received my order. Tracking on the shipment ended on March 6th, and nobody at the company can give any explanation what happened to the shipment. Fedex arrived in North Miami with my order, was supposedly "in transit" to give the shipment to USPS to deliver my order on March 6th, and that is the end of tracking information. It is now March 17th, and I have not received the shipment. Very nefarious company, and senseless that I never received my order.
Have placed orders from this company and received below par plants, some even dead.
Ordered Hibiscus over 40 bucks, said the plants were dormant, plants were dead in fact.
Also placed order of gladiolas, the bulbs were dry and useless.
These online and mail order nurseries mostly owned by India or chinese people that could care less about customers as long as they get their money.
When you send them mail or call to get replacements, they aklways want you to send them the dead roted away plants back?? How the heck do you send rotted away plants back?
Michiganbulb is one of the worse at backing their plants. I have stopped ordering from them and warn family and friends to stay away from their site.
