we thought we were fortunate to have found Michelle as our dog had not been neutered and she offer to take him in at the end we ended up neutering himit was all good until we left him theremy daughter and I asked for pictures of mock as she said she would take pictures of him and send them every daywe had to ask her multiple times and for the weeks we left him there we only got bad picture, we barely had contact with herwhen we went to pick him up he was happy and we were so happy to be back with him we didn't realize we had forgotten of his things, it was half our fault and half herswe made a check list of what he brought, food, toy, bed, collar, leashwhen we got home we realized the bed and toy where not there so we texted herapparently she told us our dog had destroyed his bed and that she told us which she didn't we were both there and none of us heard thatwe know that our dog won't destroy stuff unless its a toy that he loves, the only thing he does in his bed is pee and poo and we know our dog better than her and we know he would never do thatand we got no word from the toy which was a ball so couldn't really be destroyedalso the food was basically full for the weeks we left he loves eating thats why were kind of confused [redacted] we are never going back
I couldn't be more pleased with the care that was given to my two fur babiesI feel comfortable and confident leaving my dogs in Michelle's Pet Sitting Services very competent careMy dogs having been going to Aunti Michelle's for almost years now and they always come home happy and healthyI always appreciate the many updates and pictures while I'm awayIt's so nice to go away on holidays without giving it a second thought and not worrying about my babies the whole timeThank you Michelle and your family for all you do! We found Michelle and her Pet sitting service through friends of oursThey told us they had been taking taking their pets to Michelle's for years and couldn't be happier with her service and careI actually never heard of "in home" pet sitting until thenWe refused to send our new puppy to some kennel and we were not comfortable having a stranger stay or visit our home when we were awayWe were very stressed about leaving our puppy at this vulnerable stage of her life but once we met Michelle and saw her lovely home we were put at easeYou could instantly tell she loves animals and they adore herOur skittish puppy took to her instanlty and was in her lap like a baby while she was telling us about her experience and careWe did a trial weekend to make sure our puppy would be ok as our trip was for almost three weeksShe did great to say the least and had a blast for her long stayI was impressed to find our puppy (still in training) had her linens come home washed and cleaned for us as she is a messy little girlMichelle did not seem bothered at all with her bad puppy habits and actually helped us with some training tips and adviceIt is nice to know she in in a home environment with lots of love and is closely supervisedThe best part is our little skittish puppy learned how to socialize with other doggies and we are now looking to add another furry child to our familyWe have brought Lola back about 4-times now and will continue to do soIt's so comforting to know we have one less thing to worry about when planning a tripI will say they fill up fast so we try to book ahead as much as possibleThanks again Michelle, Lola and maybe a new sister or brother will see you soon!!
